Debbie Sterling wants to empower girls to become the next generation of engineers. Her presentation is enlightening.  I was completely engaged and found myself realizing that I wish I had been pushed towards engineering!  
This Goldie Blox video commercial set to the Beastie Boys is genius.  If this commercial is any indication, I’m sure my daughter, along with thousands of other girls will want to be an engineers now.  I can totally see my children setting up simple machines in the front yard.
